How to connect Trip.com

Step 1: Connect Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager to Trip.com.

(Connectivity settings page on Trip.com will roll out globally starting on September, 1 2025 and will be available to all hotels within one month)

  1. Log-in to Trip.com extranet (https://ebooking.ctrip.com/login/index).
  2. Go to "Rates & Availability" -> select "Connectivity settings" from the drop-down menu.
  3. In Search connectivity provinders box-> entering "Hoteliers.Guru" -> click Continue button


     
  4. Click "Connect" button
  5. Finished

Step 2: Start mapping Trip.com in channel manager.

  1. Log in to Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager (https://apps.hoteliers.guru/channel-manager)
  2. Click on "Channels"
  3. Trip.com -> click on "Settings" button
  4. Click on "Retrieve room rate" button
  5. Start mapping room rate by steps on mapping guide link: https://cms.hoteliers.guru/product-manual/channel/mapping-guide

Step 3: Once the mapping is complete, check your inventory, confirm the connection, and enable Trip.com in channel manager.

  1. Select "Setting" tap
  2. Status -> select "Enabled"
  3. Click "Save" button
  4. Finished

Important Note:

  • Enabled status: The Channel Manager will send all updates to the booking channel for the mapped room.
  • Disabled status: The Channel Manager will not send any updates to the booking channel for the mapped room.

Step 4: Review Allotment and Rates on Trip.com

The final step is to refresh your Trip.com Extranet allotment and rates calendar, then verify that the allotment and rates pushed from the Channel Manager are correctly matched. If the information does not match, please contact the Hoteliers.Guru Support Team for further assistance.
