How to connect Agoda

Step 1: Connect Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager to Agoda.

  1. Log-in to YCS (https://ycs.agoda.com)
  2. Go to "Property" -> select "Property Settings"


     
  3. Select "Optional settings"
  4. Tick box "Enable channel manager mode" -> select "Hoteliers Dot Guru (Rate Link)"
  5. Click "Save" button

Step 2: Start mapping Agoda in channel manager.

  1. Log in to Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager (https://apps.hoteliers.guru/channel-manager)
  2. Click on "Channels"
  3. Agoda -> click on "Settings" button
  4. Click on "Retrieve room rate" button
  5. Start mapping room rate by steps on mapping guide link: https://cms.hoteliers.guru/product-manual/channel/mapping-guide

Step 3: Once the mapping is complete, check your inventory, confirm the connection, and enable Agoda in channel manager.

  1. Select "Setting" tap
  2. Status -> select "Enabled"
  3. Click "Save" button
  4. Finished

Important Note:

  • Enabled status: The Channel Manager will send all updates to the booking channel for the mapped room.
  • Disabled status: The Channel Manager will not send any updates to the booking channel for the mapped room.

Step 4: Review Allotment and Rates on Agoda

The final step is to refresh your Agoda Extranet allotment and rates calendar, then verify that the allotment and rates pushed from the Channel Manager are correctly matched. If the information does not match, please contact the Hoteliers.Guru Support Team for further assistance.
