How to connect Airbnb

Step 1: Connect Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager to Airbnb.

1. Log-in to Airbnb host account (https://www.airbnb.com)
2. Log-in to Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager system (https://apps.hoteliers.guru/channel-manager)
3. Click "Channels" menu -> click "Settings" button
   
   
    
4. Select "Setting" tap -> click "Connect with Airbnb" button
   
   
    
5. Tick box "I agree to the Airbnb Additional Terms of Service" -> click "Allow" button
   
   
    
6. The system will redirect to channel manager system -> click "Retrieve room rate" button
   
   

Step 2: Start mapping Airbnb in channel manager.

Note:

• Map only one room rate per room type to avoid getting double bookings.
• Each room rate mapped will create a separate listing on Airbnb.

1. Log in to Hoteliers.Guru Channel Manager (https://apps.hoteliers.guru/channel-manager)
2. Click on "Channels"
3. Airbnb -> click on "Settings" button
4. Click on "Retrieve room rate" button

Step 3: Once the mapping is complete, check your inventory, confirm the connection, and enable Airbnb in channel manager.

1. Select "Setting" tap
2. Status -> select "Enabled"
3. Click "Save" button
4. Finished

Step 4: Review Rates on Airbnb

The final step is to refresh your Airbnb Extranet rates calendar, then verify that the rates pushed from the Channel Manager are correctly matched. If the information does not match, please contact the Hoteliers.Guru Support Team for further assistance.
