Reservation Mail
A report to verify the status of reservation emails sent from the Channel Manager to the hotel (applies only to OTAs where the Channel Manager handles the reservation email).
OTAs where the Channel Manager sends reservation emails directly:
- Booking.com
- Expedia
- Trip.com
- HotelBeds
- TripAdvisor
- MikiTravel
- CNNetwork.net
The hotels can also resend emails through the system.
