1. What happens if I make a reservation directly with the hotel?
Ans : Guests can contact hotel reservation department directly if there are special needs or further inquiries. This way also ensures that there is no booking lost occurred. Moreover, proprietary special packages with special rate can be found on our website only.
     
2. When will my booking be confirmed?
Ans : Right after guests' credit card is verified then guest will receive a room confirmation e-mail from hotel. Normally, within 24 hours after reservation is made.
