• วันธรรมดา (จันทร์-ศุกร์) รัฐสนับสนุน 50% ของค่าที่พักแต่ไม่เกิน 3,000 บาท
• วันหยุดและวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ รัฐสนับสนุน 40% ของค่าที่พักแต่ไม่เกิน 3,000 บาท
• จำกัดสิทธิ์คนละไม่เกิน 5 ห้อง หรือ 5 คืน โดยเมืองหลัก 3 สิทธิ์ และเมืองน่าเที่ยว 2 สิทธิ์
• เมื่อจองที่พักแล้ว ไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้แต่สามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ การเลื่อนเข้าพักต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่โครงการกำหนด

The customer booking process 

The system will show the amount payable as 50% or 60% of the room rate, depending on whether the booking is in a major city or a secondary city, in accordance with the program’s terms.

The booking engine displays both the regular room price and the discounted payable amount (50% or 60%) for all promotions and packages.

This supports both regular customers and those booking with the Tiew Thai Kon La Khrueng subsidy.

Booking Instructions for Customers Using the Tiew Thai Kon La Khrueng Subsidy

Customers who wish to book using the Tiew Thai Kon La Khrueng subsidy must:

1. Select the option “Use Tiew Thai Kon La Khrueng Subsidy” during booking.
2. Enter their 13-digit National ID number and the phone number registered with the program.

Hotel Operation Process

1. The hotel receives a booking notification email from Hoteliers.Guru with guest booking details.
2. The hotel reviews the booking in the Booking Engine by go to Manage Reservations → Booking List, then opens the guest’s booking number. The booking status will show as "Pending"
   
3. The hotel reserves the room by entering the booking details into the Amazing Thailand app.

4. The Amazing Thailand app generates a booking reference number and sends a notification prompting the guest to make payment.
5. The guest receives the notification and pays 50% or 60% of the accommodation fee according to the program.
6. The hotel uploads the proof of payment through the Amazing Thailand app.
7. The hotel checks the booking status in the Amazing Thailand app to confirm it shows "ชำระเงินแล้ว" (Paid).
8. The hotel applies the guest’s subsidy discount in the Hoteliers.Guru system by clicking   + เพิ่มส่วนลด เที่ยวไทยคนละครึ่ง   button → Save
9. The hotel confirms the booking and sends a confirmation email to the guest by clicking: Confirm → Continue → Approved → Confirm
   
10. The booking status changes to "Confirmed" 
    (The system will display the guest’s National ID, phone number, and the actual subsidy amount received from the campaign)
