User Management
This feature is for Super Admin who log in using an email account to create new local users for accessing Intel Cloud PMS and to set permission levels for each local user.
User Management includes:
- User
- Group
- Access Control
User
Create a user account to access the PMS.
Group
Create a group to define which users belong to that group, such as Reservation Team, Front Office, Accounting, etc.
Access Control
Define user access permissions by assigning users to specific groups.
Create a group and name it according to its function, such as “Reservation Team,” “Front Office,” or “Accounting.”
How to create new user to access on Intel Cloud PMS
Important Note:
If you have not created a group yet, please create a group first. If a group has already been created, you can start from Step 4.
- Click the “+ Create Group” button.
- In Name, enter the group name.
- Click the “Create Group” button.
- Go to “User”, then click “+ Create User”.
- In Username, enter the username.
- In Password, choose “Random password and send to email”, or select the second option and enter the password you want to use.
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, Email, and Group.
- Click “Create User” to complete.
