Performance Report
The Performance Report is used to analyze hotel business performance based on room sales, occupancy, and market segmentation. It helps management understand booking trends, customer origins, and the effectiveness of rate plans. This report provides insight into how well the hotel is performing during a specific period.

The system supports exporting reports in both PDF and CSV formats. You can export the report by on hover on the Export button and selecting either Export as PDF or Export as CSV. |
Allotment
Shows all reservations within the selected date range and displays remaining room inventory. It helps monitor how many rooms have been sold and how many are still available for each agent or channel.
Booking
Displays a list of all reservations made within the chosen period. You can filter by date type — Booked Date, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, or Stay Period — to review reservation activity by time frame.
The report shows the base room rate, not including any extra charges for items like meals, services.
Room sold / Occupancy
Shows the number of rooms sold and occupancy rates for daily, weekly, or monthly periods. This report helps evaluate hotel performance over time and identify high or low-demand periods.
Rate Plan Segment
Displays the number of room nights booked under each rate plan (for example: Room Only, Bed & Breakfast, Promotion Rate). This helps analyze which rate plans are most popular or profitable.
Reservation By Country
Shows all reservations grouped by contacts’ country of origin. This helps the hotel understand which markets or countries generate the most bookings, useful for marketing and pricing strategies.
