Shows the list of employees who assigned or changed the room for each reservation.

- This function tracks who selected the room number and when it was assigned or modified.
- The system only displays the first assignment (initial room chosen) and the most recent edit (latest change).
- Useful for audit tracking and identifying who made room allocation decisions.
