Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main information screen that automatically displays key data. It provides a quick overview of your hotel’s current operations, reservation activities, and performance trends.
It includes the following sections:
Live Feed
Displays all reservation activities such as new bookings, modifications, and cancellations in real time.
- BOOKING: New reservations — shown in green color.
- MODIFICATION: Includes changes such as modified bookings, cancellations, added payments, or added extra items — shown in orange color.
Today's Arrived
Shows all reservations with arrival dates for today and tomorrow. This helps Front Office staff prepare for upcoming guest check-in.
Today's Departure
Shows all reservations with departure dates for today and tomorrow. This helps Front Office and Housekeeping manage guest check-outs and room cleaning.
Sale Performance Overview
Displays a summary of hotel revenue performance for the past 30 days (based on booking creation date).
Includes:
- Total Revenue: Total income generated from room sales.
- Best Selling Room: Room type with the highest sales.
- Best Selling Channel: Channel (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Walk-in) with the highest number of bookings.
- Average Revenue per Booking: Average amount earned per reservation.
- Number of Sales Channels: Total channels connected and selling your rooms.
- Total Number of Bookings: Total bookings made in the last 30 days.
- Room Nights Sold: Total number of nights sold.
- Average Revenue per Day: Average daily income.
- Average Length of Stay: Average number of nights guests stay.
- Average Lead Time: Average number of days between booking date and check-in date.
- Average Daily Rate (ADR): Average rate per night.
- Average Booking per Day: Average number of bookings received per day.
Statistic
Provides three main statistical overviews:
- Revenue: Total room revenue over the last 30 days.
- Booking Channel: Shows booking sources (e.g., Agoda, Booking.com, Walk-in) used within the last 30 days.
- Occupancy: Displays the percentage of rooms booked for the next 30 days.
