Flash Status
Flash Status provides a real-time snapshot of the hotel’s current operations.
It summarizes key information such as occupancy, today’s arrivals and departures, guest statistics, and housekeeping status, allowing hotel staff to quickly monitor daily performance.
Occupancy
- Room in Hotel: Total number of rooms
- Out of Order: Repair Room
- Today's Due Out: Number of bookings to check out today
- Overstay: The number of overbookings. (Bookings that should be checked out but haven't changed the status to check out )
Today Reservations
- Today's walk in : Check-in today
- Same day reservation : booking and stay on the same day
- Actual arrival : Booking who actually stays today (Changed status to Check in)
- Actual departure : Check out today's booking (Changed status to Check out)
- Early departure : Early check-out
- Today arrival : Check-in at today's check-in
- Expected arrival : The number of bookings that are expected to come to check-in.
In House Statistics
- Occupancy with OOO : Number of rooms occupied Total repair room
- Occupancy without OOO : Number of rooms occupied Not including closed room
- Number of Adult : Number of adults
- Number of Child : Number of children
- Expected Adult : The number of adults that are expected to stay.
- Expected of child : Number of children expected to stay
- Expected Number of room Occupied : The number of rooms expected to be occupied.
- Expected Occupancy with OOO : Expected number of rooms. Total repair room
- Expected Occupancy without OOO : Expected number of rooms. Not including closed room
House Keeping
- Clean room
- Dirty room
- Inspect : Room for inspection
- Touch Up : A room undergoing minor repairs. such as replacing light bulbs, repairing faucets, etc.
- Repair : A room in which repairs are performed more than usual. But not to close the sale, such as repairing the air conditioner, changing the door, etc.
